anonymize_text API for GDPR privacy compilance

Based in Germany, we have to comply with GDPR and are not allowed to share personal data with insecure third countries outside the EU. Sharing data with US companies is still a risk. The EU-US Privacy Shield and Safe Harbor have been invalidated (Schrems II), now there is the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF) from 2023, which is already under scrutiny and could be invalidated in the current political climate. A use case for German companies where a new API endpoint would help: You're capturing new support emails and chats from your support system with Webhook, checking them for spam with SharpAPI, and then there's the new part: Strip all personal data from the support thread chain, such as email, phone numbers, first and last name. After that you have anonymised the whole support thread chain to shoot it to any US LLM provider like OpenAI, Google or even Chinese providers to do whatever you want. In this case you could automatically draft 3 answers to the new support message and save them as a note in the support system for your support agent to use and review the best answer. Or even fully automate the whole support process and create a fully automated agent. This would save you all the hassle with data protection contracts and so on. As SharpAPI is based in the UK and hosts it's servers in Germany (based on your custom GPTs answer), it would be ok to send the unanonymised support thread as far as I understand. At the moment there is already an email detector and a phone number detector, which would allow me to write a utility function myself to remove these from the support thread. But I don't know how to remove the first and last name, or just keep the first name to talk to the user by name with the LLM (maybe a binary option in the anonymize_text API?). What do you think about this feature request?
